01Acceptance of Terms

03Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active j1888 account. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or otherwise, may be merged, suspended, or closed at j1888's discretion. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. • Identity verification (KYC) may be requested before withdrawals are processed, including CNIC, proof of address, and a selfie verification photo.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

j1888 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, with all account balances denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the player's own verified name. j1888 reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm the legitimacy of any transaction and may delay or decline withdrawal requests pending the outcome of fraud or anti-money-laundering reviews.

05Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on j1888 are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. General terms applicable to all bonuses include the following:

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from them are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.

06Player Conduct

• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting to exploit promotions or odds.

• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at j1888 support staff or other players via Live Chat.

07Suspension & Termination

j1888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, underage access, or where required to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering or responsible gaming obligations. Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach, j1888 reserves the right to withhold any associated balance pending investigation.

08Limitation of Liability

j1888 is provided on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable measures to maintain platform stability and accuracy of odds, prices, and game outcomes, j1888 shall not be liable for losses arising from connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, force majeure events, or player error. To the maximum extent permitted by law, j1888's liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of the disputed transaction in question.
